Welcome to Pilateso! To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone in our community, please carefully read and adhere to the following Terms & Conditions.

Community Standards

Pilateso strives to maintain a welcoming, kind, and respectful environment. Please be considerate of others while attending classes.Reformer selection is on a first-come, first-choice basis, with no assigned reformers unless the instructor states otherwise (based on client needs).

All clients must use their own reformer mat during classes. Reformer mats are available for purchase in the studio for £25, with all proceeds donated to the Tyler Abdul Foundation.

Reformers are to be wiped down by clients after each class.

Clients are required to wear sticky socks during workouts for hygiene and safety.

Please wear clean trainers when working with weights at the weight station.

Health & Safety:

Participation in Pilateso classes involves certain risks. By attending classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks.You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health information and seeking medical clearance where necessary.

Please ensure that ParQ medical questionnaires remain up to date. Inform the instructor of any changes in your health or any incidents (e.g., falls, illness) prior to class.

For therapy including massage, please complete the informed consent form.

Do not leave shoes or loose items on the reformers, or on the floor around the reformers. Please use the assigned storage facilities for all personal belongings.

Always listen carefully to instructor guidance for your safety and the safety of others.

Footbar positions on the reformer are to be adjusted by instructors only.

Memberships and Payments:

All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.Cancellations must adhere to the stated Cancellation Policy.
