At PilatesO, we aim to provide a fair and consistent experience for all members. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
All classes must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a class credit, which can be used for a future booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time will not be refunded or credited.
Class credits must be used within the allocated timeframe:
Single Class Credits: Valid for 2 weeks
4-Class Packs: Valid for 2 months
Membership Credits: Must be used within the same billing cycle
Unused credits will expire and cannot be extended or transferred.
Late cancellations (within 48 hours) and no-shows result in loss of the class credit.
Repeated late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations or changes to memberships must be made in accordance with your membership agreement.
Each membership includes a limited number of permitted cancellations per month.
All cancellations must be made through TeamUp, our online booking system.
We cannot accept cancellations via email, phone, or social media.
Our classes have limited spaces, and late cancellations prevent other members from attending. This policy helps us keep our schedule fair, reliable, and respectful for everyone.
