RTT Session - 3 Sessions

In some instances, one session is not enough and the client will benefit from 3 sessions.  Hypnotherapy is a type of mind–body intervention in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility in the treatment of a medical or psychological disorder or concern. 

Hypnotherapy can be used for a wide variety of issues, from smoking and nail-biting, to physical conditions such as IBS, and dealing with trauma.
